들것을 구조물에 유도 및 고정하도록 설계된 한 쌍의 금속 성형 레일. 상부 및 하부 트랙은 들것 전체를 비상 또는 전술 차량 측면에 밀어 넣는 통로 역할을 함. 트랙은 구조물에 직접 볼트로, 또는 브래킷으로 고정됨. 바퀴는 트랙 양쪽 끝에서 정지하여 트랙에 유지됨.

A pair of metallic formed rails designed to guide and secure a stretcher to a structure. The upper and lower track serve as a runway for laterally sliding a stretcher as a whole in to an emergency or tactical vehicle. The Track is bolted directly to a structure or held by means of brackets. The wheel is kept on the track by a stop at either end of the track.
