A portable instrument which performs critical test, such as propeller balance, in-flight engine monitoring, mils broadband, failure and trend prediction, reduction gearbox assembly break-in, on-wing engine diagnostics, torguemeter run-out, turbine seal break-in. May include interconnections, cabling, transducers, storage/carrying case and other related accessories. Excludes:TEST EQUIPMENT, HELICOPTER ROTOR HEAD BALANCE AND BLADE TRACK RUN; BALANCING, MACHINE, DYNAMIC-STATIC, HORIZONTAL; BALANCING, WHEEL, NONELECTRIC; AND ANALYZER, SPECTRUM.
