각종 킬로폰 폭발의 안전 핵운반경을 나타내고 있는 반구로서 등급이 새겨진 방위환 이 인쇄되이 있는것 위에 까는 투명한 플라스틱 지도로써 강하풍 거리계산도표와 지상원점으로부터 각도를 갖고 있는 강하풍 거리선이 새겨져 있다. 이 산정기는 핵 폭발로부터 발생한 방사선 낙진에 의한 위험 강하풍 지역의 신속한 추정을 하는데 사용하기 위해서 고안된 것이다.

A transparent plastic map overlay on which is printed a graduated azimuth circle(s) with semicircles representing the stabilized nuclear cloud radii of various kiloton detonations, scaled downwind distance lines angled from ground zero, and a downwind distance nomogram. The predictor is intended for use in making rapid estimates of the downwind area threatened by radioactive fallout from a nuclear burst.
