A self-contained unit, consisting of a prime mover and one or more electric generators. It must also include one or more of the following systems: high and low pressure/volume air, air conditioning, heating, steam generating, hot and cold water, and vacuum. It is used to furnish electrical power, "utilities" and controlled environment for various personnel and equipment shelters/structures. May be semitrailer, trailer, or truck mounted and may include associated hardware, pumps, blowers and special ductwork, and the like.
