A specifically designed item utilizing a hydraulic cylinder which develops a high pressure to force SEALING COMPOUND through a cylindrical container and special fittings to secure optical elements, and the like, in a fixed position within an instrument. The cylinders are connected by a flexible high pressure hose which includes the necessary connectors and a pressure gage. Excludes:CALKING GUN; LUBRICATING GUN, HAND; and GREASE GUN, PNEUMATIC.
