터보-프로펠터 엔진을 시동함에 있어서 속 도의 특정비율로 자동적으로 연료를 틀어서 점화시키게끔 고안된 조정기로서,다른 속 도에서는 점화를 중단하고,연료펌프를 연속작동상태로 두며,더욱 다른 고정속도에서는 압착펌프를 차단하고 정상회로로 전자장치를 회복시킨다.

A regulator designed to automatically turn on the fuel and ignition at a specific percent of speed for starting a turbo-prop engine. At another speed, it cuts the ignition and places the fuel pumps in series operation. At still another fixed speed, it shuts off the compressor, bleeds and restores electronic devices to their normal circuits.
