A clamping resistant device which can be fixed on all kinds of rigid materials. It consists of a shroud assembly, a rubber shirt which attaches itself by means of a permanent created vacuum when the motor pump operates. It is designed to provide a removable anchor point for divers, a tool support, an inspection device support or a scaffolding.
