"투하기,폭탄용(DISPENSER, BOMB)" 또는 개량된 재래식 폭탄에서의 소군탄과 같이 항공기나 사출기에서 투하되도록 고안된 품목으로서 활주로,주기장,격납고,창고 등과 같은 건물 및 넓은 지역을 선별 파괴하도록 특수하게 고안되었다. 목표를 타격하기 전에 하부구조가 폭발된 후 뒷쪽을 관통하기 위하여 가속되어 진다.

An item designed to be dropped from an aircraft or ejected as submunition from a DISPENSER, BOMB or from improved conventional munitions. It is specifically designed for the selective destruction of large areas and/or buildings such as runways, parking lots, sheds, houses, and the like. Prior to its impact on the target the item is acceletrated in order to effect the penetration of the latter after which it will detonate in the substructure.
