It is designed to be attached by means of hinges or similar device. It may include self-closing features and have a quick release or other type latching to permit access with a minimum of effort. It may include an observation window. Excludes:COVER, ACCESS; COVER ACCESS, AIRCRAFT; DOOR, ACCESS; DOOR, AIRCRAFT and all doors not specficially designed to provide access for the purposes listed above.
