하수도관 청소기계의 부속품으로 특수하게 고안된 회전공구로서 앞뒤 끝에 톱니가 달린 연속적인 강체, 띠톱이다. 원주모양의 절삭공구-절단기로 형성된 손잡이/자루의 중간에 장치되어 있다. 회전 손잡이/자루는 절단되어지는 뿌리와 고체 절편의 제거를 쉽게 하기 위하여 되당기는 장치 같은 작업을 하는 톱니가 나 있으며 동력장비로 회전된다. 나선형 날은 "오거,파이프 세척용,하수구용(AUGER, PIPE CLEANING, SEWER)"을 참조한다.

A rotating tool specifically designed as an accessory for a sewer cleaning machine. It is a continuous, rigid, circular band with teeth on the front and back edges, is center mounted on a shank/shaft, forming a peripheral shaped cutter-shredder. The rotating shaft/shank also has teeth that work as a pull back to accommodate the removal of roots and solid debris that has been cut. Must be rotated by power equipment.
