A balanced tool with adjustable opening in the center designed to tightly grip a prominent fuze part, and two or more CHAMBER, IMPULSE CARTRIDGE mounted to the outer rim and designed to accommodate one CARTRIDGE, IMPULSE each for the pyrotechnical tool drive. The item, in connection with the CARTRIDGE, IMPULSE and a remote-control triggering device, is designed to unscrew fuzes from unexploded ordnance (UXO) or other unsafe ammunition.
