물리적 위험품목과 직접 접촉하지 않고 폭발장치와 위험물질을 취급하기 위해 폭발물 병기처리 조작수가 사용하는 장비이다. 위험품목을 취급할 때 조작수에게 안전한 거리를 유지시켜 준다. 한쪽 끝에 집게가 있고 다른쪽 끝에 손잡이가 있으며 가벼워서 사용하기에 간단하다.

An equipment used by Explosive Ordnance Disposal operator to pick up explosive devices and dangerous materials without having to make direct contact with the hazardous items physically. It will provide some safety stand off distance to the operator when handling a dangerous item. It has a clamp on one end and a handle on the other. It shall be lightweight and simple to use.
