An item specifically designed to facilitate the connection of two or more contacts or terminals within an electrical connector, on a terminal board, on a printed circuit board header or the like for the purpose of making them electrically common. Normally a solid item with holes to accommodate the contacts or terminals. Excludes:DUMMY CONNECTOR, PLUG; DUMMY CONNECTOR, RECEPTACLE; LEAD, ELECTRICAL BUS, CONDUCTOR; and TERMINAL STRIP, GROUNDING.
