An item designed to be substituted for autonomously guided submunition. It conforms to the outside configuration of the tactical submunition and may be used for loading practice, delivery vehicle intergration/stockpile reliability flight test programs and the like. The unguided version may contain electronic feedback circuits for self-identification and may be dispensed along with live and/or instrumented submunitions to fill out a test load at lower test cost.
