A mobile item specially designed for preparing splints and casts. It consists of two halves with a full vertical hinge, allowing halves to be opened to a side by side position, detachable stop chain, which when in place restricts halves to be opened only to 90 degree angle to each other, paper towel dispenser on top which opens out to become a work table, two plastic bucket holding holes, divided shelves for stockinette, wadding, instruments, storage area, three compartment storage bins for splints, plaster rolls, two shelves and other related items.
