A collection of items to be installed in a Standard Integrated Command Post (SICP) shelter, including radios (data and voice), display unit, printer and position location equipment. It is a combination of hardware and software needed to provide centralized network management, automatically process position, navigation and identification information, exchange secure data, and provide Over-The-air-Intialization and Over-The-Air-keying. Includes power supplies, intercommunication set, chemical detectors/monitors, trailer mounted generator, and remote antenna mast (34 meters). Excludes:CENTRAL(1), COMMUNICATIONS and OPERATIONS CENTRAL.
