A collection of two or more end items which do not comprise a complete guided missile system, incapable of intended operational ability without certain components supplied separately or already present at the point of usage. While it may include integral test equipment, the item does not include auxiliary diagnostic and repair equipment. It does include explosives but not a warhead.
