A preformed item which may be any shape, having a sandwich or honeycomb core bonded to a metallic or nonmetallic facing material. It is used to enclose any portion of the fuselage or to fabricate partitions or compartments within a wing, empennage, fuselage or nacelle. It may have holes drilled or cut to accommodate items, but will have no items mounted on it, except bracket(s) or other facilities for its own mounting or support.
