An item made of neoprene, nylon, and the like specifically designed to create a waterproof seal between a diver's hood and mask assembly. It is shaped to fit over the back of a diver's hood. Its multiple finger-like protrusions have buttonholes designed to mate with the fastening devices on a BAND, DIVER'S MASK.
