전기 및 전자용 회로에 대한 “인쇄 배선기 판용”을 제작하는데 주로 사용하기 위하여 설계한 전기적으로 절연된 품목이다. 이 품목은 얇은 층으로 덮지도 엷은 판으로 덮지 않았고 동으로 도금되지 않았다. 금속 도금을 한 품목에 대해서는 전기도체의 통로들은 여러 가지 형태로 비축되고, 부각되며 또한 인쇄될 수 있다. 정전기, 저항기 및 이와 유사품과 같은 전기용 구성부품을 인쇄한 품목은 제외한다. 비축이 되고, 부각되고 또는 인쇄된 전기용 도체경로를 보유한 품목은 “봉합재, 마개용, 금속제”를 참조한다.

An electrically insulated item designed primarily to be used for the fabrication of a PRINTED WIRING BOARD or PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD for electrical and electronic circuits. It may or may not be laminated or copper clad. For items with metal cladding the electrical conductor paths must be capable of being deposited, etched, or printed in various patterns. Excludes:items having printed electronic components, such as capacitors, resistors, and the like.
