비금속 재료로 제작된 품목으로서 결합된 부품 사이에 상대적 운동이 없는 곳에 사용하기 위하여 설계되었다. 고체 단면을 보유한 품목은 말단부가 특수한 형태를 형성하기 위하여 서로 역할을 보장 할 수 있는 단일 부품이어야 한다. 이 품목은 접합 점을 보유하거나 또는 그렇지 않고서도 특수한 형태를 형성할 수 있다. 말단 끝 또는 접합 점을 보유한 특정 길이의 직선형의 품목이 될 수 있다. 이 품목은 고체 또는 원형의 단면을 보유할 수 있다. 용접한 모서리, 말단 끝 및 설치 홈, 구멍, 압연 버튼 또는 이와 유사한 품목과 같은 설치 설비를 제외하고 한 개 지속적인 원형 단면을 되어야만 한다. 이 품목은 섬유, 코트 또는 금속 보강제를 보유할 수 있다. 사각형의 말단 끝을 보유한 직선형의 품목과 설치 홈, 구멍 또는 압 입 버튼이 없는 품목은 "고무 제 원형 섹션용" 및 "튜브, 비 금속제"를 참조한다. Items with a solid cross section must be a single piece whose ends may have been secured together to form a specific shape. It may be formed to specific shape with or without joints. It may be a straight item of a specific length with end cuts or joints. It may have a solid or tubular cross section. Except for molded corners, end cuts, and mounting facilities such as mounting holes, slots, press-fit buttons, or the like, the item must be of one continuous round cross section.
