An item consisting of two definite lengths of insulated electrical cable having each end terminated with a CLIP (1), ELECTRICAL. The cables and/or clips are color coded for identification. The item provides for the quick temporary transfer of electrical energy for restarting a disabled vehicle engine. The conductors may be twisted or molded together (except at the ends) or entirely separated. Excludes:items having branches or forks.
