노리쇠 운반기, 약실, 상판 및 로케이팅 핀으로 구성된 품목으로서 저 에너지 연습탄을 사용할 수 있도록 화기의 작동을 가스로부터 후퇴작용으로 변경시키기 위하여 소총이나 기관총의 노리쇠를 교체한다. 비 연습용으로는 이 품목을 설계하지 않는다. "노리쇠, 약실용" 및 "폐쇄기용"을 참조한다.
품명정의(영문)
An item consisting of a bolt carrier, a breech bolt, a top plate, and a locating pin. It replaces a breech bolt in a rifle or machine gun to alter the operation of the weapon from gas to blow-back so that low-powered practice ammunition may be used. It is not intended for non-practice usage. Excludes:BOLT, BREECH and BREECHBLOCK.
