플랫홈과 평평한 갑판으로 구성된 재사용 가능한 품목이다. 포탄을 손취급이나 선적 또는 화물취급장치로 저장할때 안전하게 포탄을 잡도록 고안 되었다. 플랫호옴은 포탄저장소에 보관하도록 우묵한 홈이 여러개 파져 있다. 평평한 갑판은 탄두의 플러그를 유지하는 구멍이 여러개 있다.
