A fixed number of specialized components and/or items not all having the same basic name, which are required and designed exclusively to provide a maximum of safety to personnel when rendering safe, improvised explosive devices. This special set when in operation will verify the presence of improvised explosive devices and determine the method of construction of such devices for the purpose of disarming.
