진행방향에 대해 직각인 3개의 연결부가 있는 이음쇠의 일종이다. 플랜지 연결부는 다른 플랜지 연결부 또는 압축식 설치 패드와 연결할 수 있도록 제조되었다. 파이프 연결부에는 표준 파이프 나선이 있거나 나선없이 밋밋하게 되어있어 파이프를 연결할 수 있도록 제조되었다. 측면 유입구를 갖춘 것도 있다. 플랜지 및 플랜지 이음쇠 또는 파이르 및 파이프 이음쇠의 교차부분에서 연결하는데 사용한다 .
