Shears with one ring-shaped grip, designed for a single finger, and one loop-shaped grip, designed for two or more fingers. The point of contact of the finger grips is offset from the longitudinal axis but is in the same plane as the cutting blades. The loop-shaped finger grip is provided with a table rest.
