같은 기본명칭이 아닌 고정된 부분품이거나 품목으로서 수동적인 탐지와 측정된 주파수를 표시하기 위한 것이다. 관습 상 분리되어 공급되거나 이미 공급된 어떤 작동부분품은 제외될 수도 있다. 주파수 결정방법으로 헤테로다인 원리를 사용한 품목은 "주파수계기(FREQUENCY METER)"를 참조할것. 참조:METER,ELECTRICAL FREQUENCY 주파수 결정방법으로 흡수원리를 사용한 품목으로는 "파장계(WAVEMETER)"를 참조한다.
