원판 둘레에 있는 고정기에 설치되는 두 개 이상의 절단기 날을 갖는 원판형 회전식 절단공구이다. 고정기는 원판 회전면에 직각으로 대략 270도 회전될 수 있다. 이는 플라이 절삭,협차밀링 그리고 여러 겹을 동시에 절단하기 위하여 사용된다.

A disk shaped rotary tool having two or more cutter bits mounted in holders on the periphery of the disk. The holders can be rotated approximately 270 degrees at right angles to the plane of rotation of the disk. It can be used for fly cutting, straddle milling and cutting several depths simultaneously.
