한쪽 선단은 크로풋트 소켓트렌치 헤드에 꼭 맞도록 고안된 렌치 부품이며, 다른쪽 선단은 둥근 몸체형의 턴버클을 부분적으로 에워싸며 활주되도록 고안되었다. 직각에서 터언버클 개방 중심 확장을 해주는 제거 가능한 전동핀은 인장력을 증가 또는 감소하도록 회전을 위해 턴버클에 어탭터 형태로 제공된다.

A wrench component with one end designed to fit into a HEAD, CROWFOOT SOCKET WRENCH and the other end designed to slide over and partially encircle a round body type TURNBUCKLE. A removable drive pin, extending through the center of the turnbuckle opening at right angles, provides a means of locking the adapter to the TURNBUCKLE for turning to reduce or increase tension.
