헬멧의 외각의 모양과 일치하도록 미리 만 들어진 플라스틱 제품의 눈보호장치이다. 이 품목은 양측면에 부착된 가이드 스프링 을 가진 활좌 잡이와 면갑 자물쇠에 부착하기 위하여 상단 중앙에 구멍을 가지고 있다. 자물쇠가 열리면 이 품목은 헬멧 테두리 로부터 눈 바로 아래 위치까지 연장된다.

A plastic eyeshield, preformed to conform to the shape of the outer shell of a helmet. It has a guide with guide spring attached to each side and an opening in the center of the top edge for attaching to the visor lock. When open, it extends from the rim of the helmet to a position just below the eyes.
