A manually operated device consisting of two bars containing cutting blades. The bars are attached at one end by a hinged joint and the other end containing a sliding joint. It is supported by legs attached to the lower bar and the upper bar contains a pin attached lever, the end of which is attached to the end joint to close the blades by a cam action for cutting.
