(All Except USA) A hand tool bent to form an angle having a square or rounded apex, with both sides being of equal width. The handle is either attached to the inside surfaces of the angle (inside type) or atop the apex of the angle (outside type), with an axis through the center of the handle bisecting the center of the bend.
