A bench mounted hand operated item used to cut off the worn periphery of a DISK, ABRASIVE, so that it can be applied to a pad of smaller diameter. It consists essentially of a clamp type unit with hand crank which causes the disk to revolve and at the same time trims its edge; and a center hole mounting stud whose distance from the cutting unit can be adjusted.
