그로밋/리벳의 플랜지가 없는 끝단을 바깥쪽으로 밀어서 또 다른 플랜지를 형성하고, 이렇게 만들어진 플랜지가 그로밋/리벳이 이미 설치되어 있는 품목으로부터 빠져나오는 것을 방지함으로써 금속성 그로밋 및/또는 관형 리벳을 설치하기 위해 고안된 수공구이다. 이 공구는 플랜지를 형성하기 위해 플라이어 형태의 죄는 동작을 사용한다. "펀치, 아일릿용, 플라이어"를 참조한다.

A hand tool designed to install metallic grommets and/or tubular rivets by forcing the unflanged end of the grommet/rivet outward to form another flange which prevents the grommet/rivet from coming out of the item it has been installed in.
