농축용액으로 또는 농축액과 기름의 혼합물로 구성된 물질을 말하며, 항공기 엔진 오일과의 혼합물이거나 제조과정에서 이미 혼합된 기름이다. 일정기간 동안 부식의 위험을 없애기 위해 항공기 엔진부품 및 내부표면에 사용하기 위한 것이다.

A material formulated as a concentrate, or blend of concentrate and oil, to be mixed with aircraft engine oil, or a ready-mixed oil blended at point of manufacture. It is designed for use on internal surfaces and parts of aircraft engines to prevent damage by corrosion for a specified period of time.
