줄이 그어져 있든가 백지 품목으로 도서에 관한 통계자료를 기록한다. 도서주머니에 통상 보관되며,책명,저자명을 상단에 타자하든가,손으로 기록하여 넣으며 하단에는 반납 기일 등을적어 넣게 되어있다. 대출해 가는 사람의 이름,반납일,기타 필요한 사항을 적는 칸도 있을 수 있다.
품명정의(영문)
A ruled or blank item designed for recording of book charging data. It is usually kept in the book pocket. The title of the book and the name of the author are usually typed or written at the top and spaces below are provided for due dates. It may also have spaces for borrowers' names, return dates and other similar information.
