A hand tool designed to be inserted into the end of nipples and pipes, and grip the inner surface by a cam or expansion action. It is used to turn items which may not protrude sufficiently to grip externally, or where an exterior plating or thread may not be marred. The tool is turned by applying a wrench to the protruding section.
