휴대용 전기 햄머 혹은 휴대용 공기 햄머로써 사용할 수 있도록 된 한쪽 단부를 가진 형태의 샹크를 가지고 있는 비절단용 편치 와 같은 연장이다.다른쪽 단부는 튜부를 튜브 시이트에 장치할때 응축관,증기관 그리 고 이와 유사 품목의 단부를 벌리고 움직이지 않게 결합하도록 설계된 모양의 머리부 분을 가지고 있다. 이것은 일반적으로 훌래어 작업후에 사용되어 진다.

A noncutting punchlike tool having a formed shank on one end for use with a HAMMER, ELECTRIC, PORTABLE or HAMMER, PNEUMATIC, PORTABLE. The other end has a shaped head which is designed to bell out and solidly seat the ends of condenser tubes, evaporator tubes, and the like when the tube is installed in the tube sheet. It is generally used after the flaring operation.
