An instrument which measures time to the accuracy of a CHRONOMETER, and which includes precision internal contacts for opening and/or closing an external electric circuit. The intervals and frequency of opening and closing are preset during manufacture by the program wheel(s) design. If mounted, case may contain batteries, spark supressor circuit and relay.
