차량 교통 통제 및 보행자 통행 통제를 하도록 기타 동일한 장치와 통상 함께 사용되는 원뿔형 장치로서 이장치는 통행지역에 설치하고 통제할 필요가 없을때는 제거한다. 이 장치는 탑재식이 아니다. 이 장치는 발광체가 될 수가 있고,비 발광체가 될 수 도 있다. 한 형태는 특정지역에 교통이 차단 되었다는 것을 표시하기 위하여 통행방책을 설치하고 끝에는 교통신호와,통행기를 구비하고 있다. 또 다른 형태는 주로 차선에서 통행을 돌리기 위하여 사용되며 또한 통행지역의 표면에 새로 페인트 칠한 것을 경고하기 위하여 사용된다. 이 두형태의 양면에는 밑에서부터 꼭대기까지 평행으로 착색되어 있다. 제외:"MARKER,SELF-LUMINOUS","SIGN"

A cone-shaped item, used generally with other identical items, for vehicular and pedestrian traffic control. It is placed in position in a traffic area and is removed therefrom when the traffic condition it controls no longer exists. It is not designed to be mounted. It may be luminescent or nonluminescent. One type serves as a traffic barricade, indicating that traffic is barred from a specific area, and is designed to accommodate a traffic sign and traffic flags at the end. Another type is used primarily to channel traffic from lines and warnings freshly painted on traffic area surfaces. The exterior surfaces of both types have parallel color zones extending from the base end to the top. Excludes:MARKER, SELF-LUMINOUS and SIGN.
