A device primarily designed for lifting pneumatic tires to facilitate inspection and/or repair of the tire with the use of a tire spreader. It is also commonly used for lifting tires in and out of molds, placing mounted tires on a wheel balancer spindle, and other general tire shop use. May be portable or stationary. Excludes:SPREADER, TIRE.
