A substance compounded of rubber, solvents, and other ingredients. It is used to protect the surface and to prevent sticking of sectional curing bags used in the vulcanizing of pneumatic tires. It is also used as a lining for used tires, penetrating between the cords to give a smooth finish next to the inner tube. Excludes:SURFACER, LIQUID.
