A solid material of natural occuring mineral mica, ceramic, or from material which has been electrically rated by government or industry standards or specifications, where the length is greater in proportion to its diameter or cross-sectional dimensions, and which is specifically designed to prevent any undesirable flow of current between conductors and/or objects.
