철선을 짜든가, 용접 또는 꼬아 만들어서 망을 만든 것으로 폭이 72인치, 한개 이상의 형태로 된 위장재료로 장식되어 있다. 유리 섬유로 장식할 때는 4인치 코를 가진 철사망 한층 이 장식망 위에 깔려있게 된다. 장식없이는 "울타리철사및 철사직(FENCING WIRE;WIRE FABRIC)"으로 통한다.

A material which is made up of wires, woven, welded, twisted or wrapped with additional wire in such a manner as to form meshes. The material is 72 inches (1,828.8 mm) wide and is garnished with camouflage material of one or more types. When netting is garnished with glass fibers, a second layer of wire netting having 4 inch (101.6 mm) mesh is always placed over the top of the garnishing. Without garnishing, this material is known as FENCING WIRE and WIRE FABRIC.
