엘보 형태의 금속주조품이며 입구로 전선을 건물,구조물 등에 넣도록 고안되었으며 특히 노출된 장소에 사용토록 고안되었고 특정 크기의 두개의 허브가 있어서 수리작업 관로에 맞게 괴어 있으며 또 하나의 허브가 있을 수도 있어서 피동 지상연결을 할 수 있다.피복이 되어 있어 반사되지 않으며 기후에 내성을 가지게 되어있다. 전도체를 넣은 시설은 되어 있으나 배선장치를 넣은 시설은 없다.
