둘쩌귀의 엽편이 돌쩌귀 핀의 축에 대하여 가로의 길이가 핀의 축과 평행할 때의 길이보다 큰 돌쩌귀를 말한다. 또 이 돌쩌귀의 측면은 핀에서 바깥쪽으로 가면서 치수가 큰 쪽에서부터 점점 가늘어지는 것도 있다.
