안료의 전체량 보다 더 많은 비율의 차량약물로 이루어진 혼합물로서 균일한 채색 색갈을 제공하며 페인트내에서 쉽게소산되어지며 거친 덩이나 색분리 현상이 나타나지 않는다. 패달로서 부드럽고 균일하게 소산되어질 수 있는 액체나 반액체 형태로 되어 있다.

A mixture consisting of vehicle agents in greater proportions than the total amount of pigments. It produces a tinting color which is uniform, easily dispersed in paint, and free from grit and color separation. It may come in a liquid or semiliquid form capable of being readily dispersed with a paddle to a smooth uniform consistency. Excludes:PIGMENT PAINT PRODUCTS, which may contain only small amounts of vehicle agents.
