두개의 경첩식 압력 볼트에 의해서 붙어 있는 두개의 대립봉으로 이루어진 공구이다. 수리를 하거나 여러크기의 구멍을 뚫는 작 업을 할때 관을 일시적으로 막기 위한 두개의 날이 봉속에 같이 들어 있으며 수리가 끝나면 관조직을 원래 모양대로 개통시키며 회복시키는데 이용된다.

A tool consisting of two opposed bars, attached by two hinged pressure bolts. Incorporated into the bars are two blades for temporarily closing tubing while making repairs, and various sized forming holes, used to open and restore the tubing to its original shape after repairs have been completed.
