A rotating spool-like device designed to hold and to dispense a coil(s) of strapping of one or various widths in a vertical position, permitting the strapping material to be uncoiled from the outside only. It is designed to be supported by, and may be furnished with a special supporting media, such as a floor rack ceiling, or wall bracket.
